Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their queries and purchases in a friendly manner.
• Manage store transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system.
• Ensure that shelves are stocked, organized, and properly labeled at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including floors and fitting rooms.
• Participate in regular inventory counts and assist with loss prevention measures.
• Provide product information and recommendations to meet customer needs effectively.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, seeking supervisor guidance as needed.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining promotional displays and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
• Stay updated on new products, industry trends, and store promotions.
• Report any discrepancies or security issues to management immediately.
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holiday shifts.
