Job Description

A Relationship Manager in Retail Banking plays a crucial role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships between the bank and its clients. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail banking clients.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of clients’ financial needs and preferences.
  • Provide personalized banking advice and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to enhance customer portfolios.

  • Monitor and report on sales targets and growth metrics for retail banking products.

  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and events to promote banking services.
  • Ensure all banking operations comply with applicable regulations and standards.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture within the banking team for enhanced delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience in retail banking or financial services as a relationship manager.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess financial information accurately.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Knowledge of banking products, regulations, and industry trends essential.
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software tools preferred.
