Job Description

As a Recruitment Specialist at our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by attracting and hiring the best talent. You’ll be the linchpin in connecting qualified candidates to the right roles across various departments. Your main task will be to collaborate with hiring managers to strategize and implement effective recruitment plans, ensuring that our staffing requirements are met with proficient and culturally aligned candidates. This role requires a combination of skills: from understanding the job market and identifying talent gaps to leveraging modern recruitment tools and techniques for efficient talent acquisition. You’ll need to stay updated on the latest industry trends, provide insights into best practices, and build a high-performance team that aligns with the company’s values and goals. Additionally, your ability to foster strong relationships with candidates will be crucial in promoting a positive employer brand and enhancing our talent pipeline.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring demands.
  • Coordinate with department managers to understand their staffing needs and specifications.
  • Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to access a diverse talent pool.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruitment plans.
  • Evaluate job positions to identify staffing needs and determine job requirements.
  • Screen resumes and application forms to determine suitable candidates for interviews.
  • Organize and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and experience levels.
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates and organize new hire onboarding processes.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with job candidates.
  • Stay updated on employment laws and industry trends to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities to senior management.
  • Manage recruitment databases and reports to track performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition for at least three years.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, strategies, and best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills required.
  • Proficient with recruitment tools, ATS, and HR databases or software.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulations is highly desirable.
