Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand recruitment needs and timelines.
  • Maintain a database of candidate information for future recruitment efforts.
  • Organize and attend job fairs, networking events, and career expos.
  • Prepare and post job descriptions on various recruitment platforms.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application through onboarding.
  • Negotiate job offers, including salary discussions and employment terms.
  • Stay updated with current hiring trends and adjust recruitment methods accordingly.
  • Facilitate training sessions for hiring managers on effective recruitment techniques.
  • Report on recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process and reduce time-to-fill.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar HR role.
  • In-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods and sourcing techniques.
  • Familiarity with online recruiting platforms like LinkedIn and job boards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information and exercise discretion.
