Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and recruiting top talent to meet our organization’s staffing needs. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating job offers. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying talent, strong interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset to align recruitment efforts with business objectives. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet the staffing goals of the organization.
  • Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across various channels.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates based on job qualifications.
  • Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability and fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their departmental hiring needs and objectives.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams efficiently.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers after interview processes have been completed.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and partners to source candidates effectively.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate candidate records and statuses.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to offer.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple requisitions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing recruitment needs.
