We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiologist to join our dynamic medical imaging team. The ideal candidate will provide diagnostic services by utilizing advanced imaging techniques such as X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds to diagnose and treat various medical conditions. As part of our team, the Radiologist will collaborate closely with other healthcare providers to ensure the accurate interpretation of imaging results and contribute to the overall patient care plan. Additionally, the Radiologist will maintain high standards of patient safety and quality assurance, while continually advancing their knowledge and skills in the ever-evolving field of radiology.

Responsibilities

• Interpret medical images including X-rays, MRI scans, and CT scans to diagnose patient conditions.
• Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals to support comprehensive patient care.
• Perform interventions using imaging guidance to treat various medical conditions.
• Ensure all imaging equipment is properly maintained and in excellent working condition.
• Keep detailed patient records, including procedures, findings, and progress notes.
• Participate in continuous education to stay updated with radiology advancements.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and protocols.
• Consult with patients and explain imaging procedures and results to them clearly.
• Cooperate with radiologic technologists and assist in obtaining quality diagnostic images.
• Monitor and maintain quality standards to ensure high-quality diagnostic services.
• Take lead in multi-disciplinary meetings discussing complex case reviews.
• Develop and deliver training and educational sessions for staff and trainees.

Requirements

• Medical degree and board certification in Radiology from a recognized institution.
• Valid and active medical license to practice radiology in the required location.
• Proven experience of at least three years as a practicing Radiologist.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and diagnostic skills in interpreting images.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with healthcare professionals.
• Ability to stay updated with the latest radiological techniques and technology.
• Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance standards.
