Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures across the organization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues efficiently.
  • Ensure that all quality testing procedures are completed within set timelines.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality.
  • Communicate quality standards and progress updates with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Train and mentor staff in quality assurance processes and best practices.
  • Manage supplier performance and work with them to resolve quality concerns.
  • Oversee the documentation and accurate record-keeping of all quality-related activities.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators related to quality efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements in quality management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar quality assurance role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to guide teams effectively.
  • Certification in quality control practices, such as Six Sigma, is preferred.
  • Proficiency with quality testing equipment and software applications.
