Responsibilities

  • Oversee product quality planning and assurance throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation and reports for internal and external use.
  • Coordinate with production teams to address quality-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Analyze quality data to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
  • Lead or assist in root cause analysis and problem-solving for quality issues.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure materials meet internal quality requirements.
  • Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices in the industry.
  • Work closely with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with national and international standards.
  • Implement and monitor systems for process improvement and quality assurance enhancements.
  • Communicate effectively with various departments to instill a culture of quality across the organization.
  • Monitor ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field required.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a quality executive role preferred.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies employed in the industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate quality issues.
  • Experience with quality management software and tools will be an advantageous asset.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence others to achieve quality objectives.
