Quality Controller (225-909)

As a Quality Controller, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our products or services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze the production processes and implement strategies for quality management. This includes conducting detailed inspections, developing quality control policies, and directly addressing any issues that may arise. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and maintain product quality. Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure product quality meets predefined standards.
• Develop and implement comprehensive quality control policies and procedures.
• Monitor production processes to identify areas requiring quality improvement.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve any quality-related issues effectively.
• Maintain detailed documentation and reports on quality assurance activities.
• Analyze data from quality tests to identify trends and suggest corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements at all times.
• Train and guide production staff on best practices in quality control processes.
• Participate in audits to assess and enhance current quality systems and tools.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality specifications.
• Work with the R&D department to integrate quality standards into product designs.
• Offer proactive quality control support in the development of new products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of two years' experience in a quality control or assurance role.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, tools, and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail are non-negotiable.
• Proficient in data analysis and statistical quality control techniques.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective cross-department collaboration.
• Certification in Quality Control or Assurance, such as CQE or Six Sigma, is a plus.
