Quality Checker- Garment 26O25

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Checker to join our garment production team. As a Quality Checker, you will play a critical role in ensuring that every garment meets the highest standards of quality before it reaches the consumer. You will be responsible for inspecting every aspect of the garments from the fabric used to the final sewn product. This position is ideal for someone who has a keen eye for detail, a passion for quality in fashion, and experience in the textile industry. You will be collaborating closely with production staff, designers, and management to uphold quality standards and enhance product excellence. Responsibilities

• Inspect garments to ensure conformity to quality standards and specifications.
• Identify defects and propose actionable solutions to production management.
• Perform inline, pre-final, and final inspections effectively and promptly.
• Maintain records of inspections and prepare reports on quality performance.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement quality assurance procedures.
• Provide feedback and training to staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Conduct root cause analysis of defects and non-conformities in garments.
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards in the production area.
• Develop and update quality checklists and inspection criteria regularly.
• Communicate quality concerns to suppliers for fabric and accessories improvement.
• Assist in developing quality assurance records and documentation processes.
• Analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, further education in textiles preferred.
• Proven experience in quality control within the garment industry is essential.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with teams and suppliers.
• Knowledge of clothing manufacturing process and garment quality requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis.
