Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures in line with industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure quality control processes are adhered to.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality assurance findings and present to management.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Review customer feedback and complaints, addressing concerns proactively and effectively.
• Train and mentor staff on quality control processes and best practices.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of quality control policies and procedures.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality compliance of incoming materials.
• Develop and maintain a quality management system to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including ISO certifications.
• Coordinate with external auditors during inspections to exhibit quality processes effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a quality assurance role within a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and processes is essential.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for various stakeholders.
• Experience with quality management systems and software, such as ISO standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
