Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QA/QC Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of our food products. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes and quality control tests, as well as monitoring production processes to ensure compliance with all quality standards. Your attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and strong leadership capabilities will be crucial in maintaining the highest levels of product quality and safety. You will work closely with various departments to coordinate quality assurance activities and provide guidance on regulatory compliance, ultimately helping to ensure customer satisfaction and the continuous improvement of our quality systems.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control policies for food safety.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of production facilities and processes.
  • Collaborate with the production team to resolve quality issues and non-compliances.
  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and industry standards in food production.
  • Monitor production processes and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports on quality assurance activities and findings.
  • Train staff on quality assurance protocols and best practices in food handling.
  • Stay updated on the latest regulations and advancements in food quality systems.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and ingredients.
  • Lead root cause analysis sessions to identify and correct process deficiencies.
  • Supervise the sampling and testing of products to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Advise on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance and control within food industry.
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and food safety standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
  • Proficiency in using quality management software and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to lead and train teams in quality assurance methodologies and procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
