Responsibilities

• Communicate testing results and provide actionable feedback to development teams.
• Stay current with the latest testing methodologies and best practices in the industry.
• Participate in product design and requirement reviews to offer quality insights.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and guidelines during the software development process.
• Assist in the training of junior QA team members and provide guidance as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required.
• Proven experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar testing role, demonstrating strong skills.
• Familiarity with a variety of testing tools and software such as Selenium or JIRA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve product issues.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey testing outcomes and recommendations.
• Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques is highly preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams within a fast-paced environment.
