Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to deliver holistic care.

• Stay updated with the latest research and developments in psychology.
• Participate in case conferences and team meetings to discuss client progress.
• Offer crisis intervention and support during emergencies when required.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions focusing on specific psychological issues.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to interns or junior psychologists.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Psychology or a related field.
• Current license to practice psychology in UAE.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
