Job Description

The Project Manager – HR Ops is pivotal in orchestrating and delivering HR operations projects that align with the company’s strategic goals. This role demands a leader who possesses excellent organizational skills, an analytical mind, and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Project Manager will oversee the life cycle of HR-related projects from conception through to implementation, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This position involves collaborating with HR teams, stakeholders, and technology partners to streamline HR processes and drive efficiency improvements. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of translating business needs into actionable projects that enhance HR operations.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for HR initiatives and projects.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to outline project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.
  • Allocate project resources effectively to maximize efficiency and output.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to prevent potential roadblocks.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Document project processes, decisions, and outcomes to enhance knowledge sharing.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Implement best practices and methodologies to improve project performance and outcomes.
  • Prepare detailed project reports and present findings to executives and decision-makers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster strong relationships with third-party vendors and integrate external solutions when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing and delivering projects within an HR environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools like MS Project or Asana.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and systems to address operational challenges.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP or similar) is highly desirable but not mandatory.
