Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet production and quality goals.
• Coordinate resources effectively to ensure efficient production schedules.
• Monitor the production process and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards and regulations.
• Train and mentor production staff to improve skills and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the design and development teams to align production capabilities.
• Evaluate manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvements and cost reductions.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation accurately and timely.
• Manage inventory levels of materials and finished products to prevent shortages.
• Resolve production issues and address staff concerns promptly and professionally.
• Liaise with quality assurance to ensure all products meet quality standards.
• Assist in the implementation of new procedures and organizational changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Textile Engineering, or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within garment manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of kids’ clothing production processes and quality standards.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills with proven experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to relay information clearly.
