Job Description

As a Product Sales Manager at 24N25, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth, building robust customer relationships, and facilitating the expansion of our product lines. You will be responsible for managing a dynamic sales team, setting sales targets, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds those goals. An integral part of this role will involve keeping abreast of market trends to identify new opportunities and stay competitive. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and comprehensive support for sales strategies, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts to adapt strategies appropriately.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and partnerships.

  • Ensure compliance with sales-related legal and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in and represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
  • Manage budgets and resources efficiently to meet financial objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven sales management experience in a fast-paced industry environment.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills to drive performance.
  • Strong business acumen and a quick ability to identify market opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for day-to-day tasks.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and prospects.
