Job Description

The Product Sales Manager is a crucial position within a company, responsible for driving sales growth and achieving defined sales targets. This role involves strategizing, implementing, and analyzing sales campaigns designed to reach prospective customers and maintain existing ones. Responsibilities

  • Develop presentations and proposals tailored to prospective clients’ needs.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance their performance.
  • Identify customer needs and propose suitable product solutions effectively.
  • Prepare and manage budgets associated with the sales department activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or a similar leadership role in sales.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics in the industry.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are required.
  • Ability to lead and manage a successful sales team effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing sales.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
