Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and meetings to maximize time efficiency.

  • Coordinate travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Research and gather information for reports, presentations, and special projects.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take detailed minutes during sessions.
  • Assist in managing personal errands and tasks as requested by the employer.
  • Develop efficient filing and data retrieval systems for easy access to information.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data privacy standards.
  • Support in preparing and proofreading business documents and correspondence.
  • Ensure office supplies are ordered and stocked as needed for smooth operations.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and coordination.
  • Plan and organize events, including logistics, invitations, and client management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role for at least three years.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with an ability to multitask.
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and oral, in English.
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and email applications.
  • Capability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain high confidentiality.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing business and personal needs respectively.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills to anticipate issues and find efficient solutions.
