We are seeking an experienced Performance Tester to join our team and play a vital role in evaluating the performance of our software applications. As a Performance Tester, you will carry out performance test scripts and analyze results to ensure our systems meet performance and scalability goals. Responsibilities

• Design and implement performance test plans and scenarios to evaluate application scalability.
• Identify performance test requirements and prepare test data for executing scripts.
• Monitor application performance using standard tools and methodologies.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed feedback to development teams.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to identify potential performance bottlenecks.
• Communicate test findings and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of test cases, results, and system performance metrics.
• Work closely with QA teams to integrate performance testing within the overall testing strategy.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in performance testing.
• Regularly update stakeholders on performance testing status and any identified issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest tools and techniques in performance testing.
• Provide training and guidance to junior testers on performance testing methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in performance testing or related roles.
• Proficiency with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software performance testing techniques and methodologies.
• Experience with analyzing and interpreting load and performance test results.
• Solid knowledge of databases, networking, and application architecture concepts.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot performance issues.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
