Responsibilities

• Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and points of failure.
• Provide detailed performance test reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Work with developers to tune applications for optimal performance based on test findings.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for performance testing processes.
• Stay updated with the latest performance testing tools and industry trends.
• Ensure performance testing aligns with company standards and compliance requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving performance-related issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct capacity planning and forecasting to support future scalability efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in performance testing, including design and execution of tests.
• Proficiency with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with performance monitoring and analysis tools like Dynatrace or New Relic.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting findings.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
