Job Description

As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind increasing sales and brand presence in diverse markets. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively communicate product values and foster relationships with potential customers in various outdoor settings. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities and securing sales while maintaining existing client relationships. You will frequently travel to different locations, meeting potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and attending networking events to expand our reach and market presence. Success in this role means having the ability to work autonomously while achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of product offerings and market trends.
  • Identify new business opportunities and engage potential clients with compelling presentations.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business growth.
  • Conduct site visits and deliver persuasive product demonstrations and sales pitches.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through diligent work and strategic planning.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to tailor strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in networking events to expand brand awareness and potential sales leads.
  • Deliver timely and accurate reports on sales activities and opportunities to management.
  • Provide feedback from the market to refine products and improve service offerings.
  • Manage accounts effectively to optimize client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Travel extensively to meet clients and explore new sales opportunities across regions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience with outdoor sales and understanding of sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills are critical for client interactions.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets and goals.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing market conditions effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively is a must.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
