Job Description

As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our company's products and services. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Responsibilities

  • Maintain continuous relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Attend industry trade shows and networking events to build industry contacts.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by management.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on customer preferences and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Keep detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
  • Regularly update company management on progress and key sales metrics.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to remain competitive.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in an outdoor or field setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to travel extensively and manage time efficiently while on the field.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales support tools.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required.
