Job Description

The Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in managing and streamlining operational processes within an organization. This position is crucial for ensuring that the company's operations run smoothly and efficiently. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the operational team, managing logistics, and coordinating various external and internal activities. Responsibilities

  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, events, and other operational activities.
  • Support the preparation of operational budgets and track expenses to prevent overspending.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards.
  • Provide administrative support including documentation, data entry, and report generation.
  • Facilitate effective communication between operational team and management.
  • Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve operational issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Prior experience as an Operations Coordinator or similar operations role is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications and operations management software.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Problem-solving skills to proactively address and resolve operational challenges.
