We are seeking a skilled Mechanical/Technical Draftsman specializing in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and Civil drafting to join our team. Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand and interpret design requirements.
• Ensure all drawings adhere to industry codes, regulations, and project specifications.
• Review and revise drawings in response to team feedback and technical inquiries.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Assist in the creation of as-built drawings reflecting project modifications and updates.
• Coordinate with other draftsmen and project members for interdisciplinary drawings.
• Prepare documentation and layouts for MEP and Civil project proposals and submissions.
• Utilize 3D modeling software to enhance the detail and accuracy of drawings.
• Investigate and implement innovative drafting techniques and practices for efficiency.
• Participate in drafting reviews and contribute to project planning meetings.
• Provide technical support and expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience as a draftsman in MEP or Civil engineering projects.
• Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction practices.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
