Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective math lessons for students.
• Develop and implement curricula aligned with school standards and requirements.

• Evaluate and assess students’ progress through tests, quizzes, and assignments.
• Offer additional support and resources to students who require extra help.
• Incorporate technology and interactive materials to enhance math instruction.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development.
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and school staff about students' progress.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and continuous learning opportunities.
• Create a safe, supportive, and respectful classroom environment for all students.
• Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills in mathematical contexts.
• Collaborate with colleagues in designing interdisciplinary learning experiences for students.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or related field is mandatory.
• Valid teaching certification or license in the relevant state or region.
• Proven experience as a Mathematics Teacher or relevant teaching role.
• Strong knowledge of math curriculum standards and educational methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students with diverse learning needs.
• Proficiency with educational technology and digital learning tools.
