We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Counsel to join our dynamic legal team. Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters.

• Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed for complex legal issues.

• Assist in the resolution of disputes and manage litigation as necessary.

• Represent the organization in legal proceedings, as required, to protect its interests.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.
• Admitted to practice law and in good standing with the relevant bar association.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate or commercial law practice.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex legal concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Proven track record of negotiating and drafting complex legal documents efficiently.
