We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laser Machine Operator to join our team and contribute to the production and manufacturing process. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and performing routine maintenance on our laser cutting machines. Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain laser cutting machines efficiently and safely.
• Set up and calibrate laser equipment according to specifications and production plans.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand production requirements.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on laser machinery to ensure optimal functioning.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.
• Ensure all safety regulations and protocols are followed during machine operation.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Document and report any machine malfunctions or quality issues to the maintenance team.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving minor equipment issues as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support efficiency and reduce safety hazards.
• Work with supervisors to implement process improvements and enhance equipment efficiency.
• Keep detailed records of machine operation times, maintenance activities, and production outputs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Laser Machine Operator or similar role in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with laser cutting machines and related tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail are essential.
• Understanding of quality control and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
• Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
