Responsibilities

• Operate laser cutting machines to produce components as per specifications.

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine cutting paths.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical or quality issues in the production process.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and machine performance.
• Document process changes, adjustments, and maintenance activities accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during operations.
• Assist with product changeovers and tooling adjustments as needed.
• Train and mentor junior operators or apprentices in machine operation skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.
• Proven experience operating laser cutting machines in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of machine operation and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
