Job Description

The Junior Operations Associate position is an integral role within our organization, responsible for supporting the core operations team in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily business activities. Responsibilities

  • Support the senior operations team in implementing efficient processes and systems.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify areas for operational improvement.
  • Assist in tracking KPIs and preparing related reports for management review.
  • Provide support during company meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-ups.
  • Help in managing communication between different departments to ensure alignment.
  • Collaborate with team members to solve operational issues effectively and promptly.
  • Participate in regular operational audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare documentation and maintain records of operational processes and procedures.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new operations staff as required.
  • Support cost-saving initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, such as scheduling and correspondence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and process significant data amounts.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Proficient in basic office software, including Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective team collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
  • Previous experience in an operations role is an advantage but not mandatory.
