Job Description

As a Junior Client Co-Ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. You will work alongside a team of professionals to support smooth operations and provide top-notch service to our clients. Your role will particularly focus on assisting with client inquiries, maintaining communication, and supporting projects aimed at improving client satisfaction and retention. You'll develop a strong understanding of the business, its products, and services, and utilize that knowledge to anticipate client needs and deliver exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating client communications and ensure prompt resolution of inquiries.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transaction histories.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to support client needs.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of client service procedures.
  • Track client feedback and report to senior management for continuous improvement.
  • Provide administrative support for client meetings and presentations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience.
  • Help prepare client-related reports and documentation as needed.
  • Assist in resolving client issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support team in the execution of projects aimed at client retention.
  • Establish and maintain positive client relationships through regular communication.
  • Support training sessions to ensure compliance with client service standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role is beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
