Job Description

As a Junior Client Co-Ordinator, you will be an essential bridge between our organization and its clients, playing a key role in ensuring unmatched client satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and maintaining strong client relationships through continuous engagement.

  • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and direct them appropriately.
  • Support the preparation of client presentations and proposals as needed.
  • Handle client issues and complaints efficiently, escalating when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service delivery.
  • Ensure all client interactions align with company values and standards.
  • Monitor and report on client feedback to improve service quality.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of client service policies.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess satisfaction and areas of improvement.
  • Aid in the preparation of client status reports for internal and client use.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or a related field preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn CRM software quickly.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Previous experience in client services or similar role is a plus.
