Job Description

The Junior Client Co-Ordinator will play a vital role in assisting our client coordination team, ensuring smooth communication between our clients and internal departments. Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing client accounts by providing first-hand support and information.
  • Coordinate between clients and various internal departments to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Prepare and present regular updates and progress reports to clients as needed.
  • Help in organizing client meetings and regularly follow up on action items.
  • Maintain accurate client records and document all interactions and transactions.
  • Resolve or escalate client issues and ensure a satisfactory resolution process.
  • Identify client needs and propose appropriate services and solutions offered by our company.
  • Assist senior coordinators in day-to-day administrative tasks and project workflows.
  • Ensure all client queries, requests, or concerns are addressed promptly and properly.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss process improvements and client service strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align client knowledge with promotional activities.
  • Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and any new developments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency with office software and CRM tools is highly beneficial.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Previous internship or experience in client coordination is advantageous but not mandatory.
