Jr. Architect 14N25

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Jr. Architect to join our dynamic architectural team. As a Junior Architect, you will be involved in various projects and will be responsible for assisting senior architects and project managers in the conceptualization, design, and development of unique architectural solutions. You will be expected to utilize your knowledge of architecture principles and computer-aided design software to help us deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and development of design concepts for new projects.
• Collaborate with senior architects and project managers on project specifications and blueprints.
• Prepare architectural drawings and plans using CAD software and other design tools.
• Participate in client meetings to gather project requirements and feedback.
• Conduct site visits to assist in project assessments and land surveys.
• Help in the development of 3D models and renderings for project presentations.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure all records are up to date.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Research materials, building codes, and environmental impact for project feasibility.
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions to foster innovative design solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to enhance design practices.
• Support the team in preparing architectural reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and 3D modeling tools.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and client interaction.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and meetings as project needs dictate.
