Responsibilities

• Assist senior architects in creating and developing detailed architectural designs.
• Prepare architectural drawings and plans using CAD software and tools.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design consistency and project goals are achieved.
• Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and present design concepts.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather essential data for project development.
• Support the preparation of planning applications and other regulatory compliance documents.
• Ensure all design work meets building codes and quality standards.
• Research and apply new architectural technologies and sustainable design practices.
• Maintain project documentation and track project progress effectively.
• Assist in developing project timelines, schedules, and milestone management.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to resolve design challenges.
• Support the architectural team in administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field required.
• Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork and client interaction.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.
