We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT & System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of critical IT infrastructure, ensuring the availability and consistent performance of our corporate systems. The IT & System Administrator will work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality IT services and solutions, driving improvements and efficiencies across the organization. Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage all network servers and technology tools efficiently and securely.
• Oversee system performance and ensure reliability and availability are consistently upheld.
• Execute regular system monitoring tasks to ensure network and systems integrity.
• Implement security measures and monitor for security breaches or cyber-attacks.
• Manage the installation, configuration, and support of new and legacy hardware platforms.
• Lead technological upgrades and maintain an inventory of equipment and system software.
• Provide technical support and server management, responding promptly to requests.
• Collaborate directly with various teams to evaluate and improve system solutions.
• Manage user accounts and access to systems and network resources appropriately.
• Document configurations, procedures, and protocols for reference and training purposes.
• Analyze system logs and identify potential issues with computer systems.
• Ensure the backup and recovery plans are operational and regularly tested.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of network technologies and system security measures.
• Proficiency in managing Windows/Linux servers and virtualization technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience with cloud computing services, preferably AWS or Azure.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
