As an IT & System Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure. Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers and network systems.
• Implement and monitor security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
• Perform regular system audits and generate reports on overall IT health and efficiency.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components as needed.
• Ensure timely and effective technical support for staff and organization members.
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements for upgrades.
• Manage and maintain disaster recovery and backup solutions for critical data.
• Collaborate with external vendors for IT product and service acquisitions.
• Document all technical procedures, configurations, changes, and repairs performed.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure technological needs are met efficiently.
• Maintain and update user accounts, permissions, and passwords for secure system access.
• Stay updated with the latest technology advancements and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT & System Administrator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Proficient knowledge in data backup, recovery, and security systems management.
• Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco (e.g., MCSE, CCNA) is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
