The IT Sales Executive is a dynamic and pivotal role responsible for driving technology sales efforts and contributing to the growth of our business. You will be responsible for building and retaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and articulating the technical and business value of our solutions. Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Manage and update CRM system with accurate client information and sales activities.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management team members.
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to cultivate new business contacts.
  • Ensure post-sales follow-up to secure product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT sales, with a successful track record of meeting targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, including software and hardware products.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to handle complex sales processes.
  • Proficient in using CRM software to manage client relationships and sales pipelines.
  • Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as necessary.
