The IT Operations Specialist is a crucial role within our IT department, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our company's IT infrastructure. As an IT Operations Specialist, you will be tasked with monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements to enhance system reliability. You will work closely with other IT professionals to ensure the timely resolution of incidents and the seamless execution of IT projects. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
• At least three years of experience in IT operations or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and IT infrastructure components.
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware/software issues across various platforms.
• Experience with system monitoring tools and network management software.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and individually as needed.
• Strong communication skills to provide support and deliver training sessions.
