  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Identify potential investors and work to engage and maintain these relationships.
  • Respond effectively to investor inquiries, providing clear and comprehensive information.
  • Track and report on investor feedback to improve communications and strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all investor communication activities.
  • Evaluate company performance relative to market trends and investor expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in investor relations or financial communications is required.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for financial data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to develop relationships and build trust with investors and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of financial markets, corporate finance, and SEC regulations.
  • Proficiency in using financial reporting tools and software applications.
