Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the investment community, including analysts and current investors.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to stakeholders and potential investors.
• Collaborate with senior management to create investor presentations and earnings call scripts.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to provide strategic insights to management and investors.
• Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences to enhance company visibility.
• Manage the investor relationship database and track engagement metrics and feedback.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of press releases and quarterly performance updates.
• Respond to investor inquiries and provide accurate and timely information about company performance.
• Monitor equity research and market developments that could impact the company’s perception.
• Develop strategies to attract new investors and retain existing ones through effective communication.
• Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and company policies in all investor communications.
• Participate in the planning and execution of annual shareholder meetings and related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field is required.
• At least three years of experience in investor relations or financial analysis.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for success.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, market analysis, and investment strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with investors and analysts.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and investor relations software is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
