HVAC Site Supervisor 01D25

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HVAC Site Supervisor to join our team and oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems at various job sites. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HVAC systems, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The HVAC Site Supervisor will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role requires superior problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities to coordinate with team members, contractors, and clients. The selected individual will play a critical role in ensuring that our projects meet both quality standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair activities at the job sites.
• Ensure all HVAC projects are completed on time and within the allocated budget.
• Manage and mentor a team of HVAC technicians and support staff effectively.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Review construction plans and specifications to understand project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports and updates to project stakeholders.
• Maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and materials required for projects.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve overall project efficiency and performance.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety norms and standards at all times.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure the timely delivery of project materials.
• Address and resolve any onsite challenges or conflicts professionally and effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and supervision roles.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and industry-standard best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and HVAC project management software tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration.
