The HR Manager – Talent Acquisition is a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for devising effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs. This position demands an individual with extensive experience in recruiting, the ability to lead a talent acquisition team, and a strategic mindset to align recruitment goals with business objectives. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead and manage the recruitment team to ensure effective execution of hiring strategies.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future hiring needs and job descriptions.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline through innovative sourcing techniques and networking.
  • Oversee and continually improve the recruitment processes and candidate experience.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during recruitment activities.
  • Manage employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Use data-driven approaches to evaluate recruitment metrics and optimize performance.
  • Negotiate and present competitive job offers to selected candidates.
  • Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires.
  • Stay informed of trends and innovations in recruitment and human resources management.
  • Deliver training to hiring managers on effective interviewing and selection techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Proven work experience of at least five years in talent acquisition or recruiting.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing recruiting strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with prior experience managing a recruitment team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills essential for candidate interactions.
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and objectives.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software tools necessary.
