Job Description

The HR Manager – Talent Acquisition plays a crucial role in shaping the workforce of an organization by developing strategies for recruiting, attracting, and retaining top talent. This position involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the organization meets its staffing goals with the best candidates available. The HR Manager will collaborate closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies. In addition to recruitment, the HR Manager will lead projects related to employer branding, candidate experience, and workforce planning. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of strategic hiring and a keen insight into the current job market trends, making this position both challenging and rewarding.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing requirements and timelines.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through all stages of the hiring process.
  • Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract prospective employees.
  • Build relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and industry networks.
  • Track recruitment metrics to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the hiring process.
  • Manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance and performance feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during recruitment.
  • Forecast future hiring needs and develop workforce plans accordingly.
  • Organize and attend recruitment-related events and job fairs as a company representative.
  • Utilize technology and social media platforms to enhance recruiting efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a recruitment team or department.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations related to hiring.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with stakeholders.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
  • Ability to design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies.
  • Proficiency in using social media networks for recruitment purposes.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate recruitment data and make informed decisions.
