The HR Manager – Talent Acquisition is a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for attracting top talent to drive the company's success. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Lead a team of recruiting professionals, providing mentorship and support.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future staffing needs.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to assess and improve recruitment strategies.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and other employment resources.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and career expos.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pool through proactive sourcing techniques.
  • Implement and manage applicant tracking systems and recruitment-related technology.
  • Coordinate with HR colleagues to maintain consistency and alignment in hiring processes.
  • Champion diversity hiring initiatives and inclusive recruitment practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar talent acquisition role.
  • Deep knowledge of the recruitment landscape and employment legislation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use recruitment metrics effectively.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
