Job Description

As a Hospitality Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience. You will oversee various hospitality operations, coordinate with different departments, and ensure that all staff adhere to high standards of customer service. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness and order.
  • Address and resolve guest inquiries, issues, or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Organize and manage events or functions, ensuring all details meet client expectations.
  • Maintain and update departmental records, including staff schedules and inventory reports.
  • Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations without compromising quality.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize guest experiences and service delivery.
  • Lead staff meetings and briefings to communicate expectations and foster teamwork.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with guests and staff.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Proficient in hospitality management software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
