Job Description

As a Guest Relations Executive, you will become the face of the company, ensuring that each guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their visit or stay. Working within a dynamic environment, you will address the diverse needs and requests of guests, turning challenges into successful outcomes. You will also play a pivotal role in upholding the company's brand image by delivering top-notch service that boosts guest satisfaction and loyalty. Whether resolving customer complaints, coordinating with different departments, or organizing special arrangements for guests, your role is vital in creating memorable experiences. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to function well under pressure.


Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist all guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate with different departments to facilitate special guest services or requests.
  • Provide guests with accurate information about local attractions and services.
  • Maintain positive relationships with guests to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Verify guest feedback and forward it to the relevant department for action.
  • Monitor and uphold the quality and efficiency of guest services continuously.
  • Organize and oversee the execution of special events and VIP arrangements.
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all requests are fulfilled.
  • Handle confidential guest information with the utmost discretion and security.
  • Prepare and compile guest service reports for management evaluation and improvements.
  • Train and supervise junior guest relations staff to uphold service standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum two years of experience in guest services or hospitality roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to think quickly and act appropriately.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
