As a Guest Relations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that guests experience a welcoming and hospitable environment from the moment they step through the doors. Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and assist with their check-in and check-out processes.
  • Address guests' inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently.
  • Establish and maintain positive guest relationships to enhance loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure guest expectations are met.
  • Coordinate special guest requests such as tour arrangements or dining reservations.
  • Gather feedback from guests and relay it to management for service improvements.
  • Ensure the lobby and guest areas are clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records of guests' information and preferences in the database.
  • Monitor and manage guest traffic flow to optimize satisfaction and manage queues.
  • Conduct guest satisfaction surveys and compile data for process enhancements.
  • Assist with organizing events and functions to enhance guest engagement.
  • Keep abreast of local attraction developments to inform and assist guests.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in guest relations or a related hospitality field is required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with guests.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in managing operational processes using computer systems and software.
  • High level of cultural awareness and ability to interact with diverse guests.
  • Problem-solving skills to handle various guest-related scenarios and issues.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages would be advantageous.
