Job Description

The position of a Guest Relation Executive is pivotal in enhancing the overall customer experience and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in hospitality venues such as hotels, resorts, and high-end service establishments. As a Guest Relation Executive, you will be the face of the organization, responsible for making a lasting impression on our guests. Your primary role is to foster positive guest experiences by maintaining guest communications, handling inquiries, and pro-actively addressing any concerns to ensure their visit is memorable. You will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality, committed to going the extra mile to exceed guest expectations. Your role will also involve collaborating with various departments to coordinate seamless guest services and promote a welcoming environment.


Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Assist with guest inquiries and provide accurate information and solutions.
  • Manage guest complaints effectively, seeking resolution to enhance satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Facilitate the seamless check-in and check-out processes for all guests.
  • Collect guest feedback and liaise with management to improve services offered.
  • Oversee special requests and VIP arrangements for distinguished guests.
  • Update and manage the guest relations database with pertinent information.
  • Initiate contact with guests for special events and promotions.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety and security protocols while assisting guests.
  • Foster a positive working environment to support overall team goals.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Guest Relation Executive or similar role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
  • A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure smoothly.
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service and elevating guest experiences.
