Job Description

As a Guest Relation Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience by being the first point of contact in providing outstanding hospitality service. You will be responsible for greeting guests, responding to their queries, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. Your role requires a keen eye for detail, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle numerous tasks at once. You will also be tasked with managing guest feedback and complaints efficiently, ensuring guests leave with a positive impression of the establishment. The ideal candidate should possess a warm and approachable demeanor with excellent organizational abilities. By developing rapport with guests and showcasing a thorough knowledge of what the venue and surrounding area has to offer, you will enhance guest satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Greet all guests warmly and ensure a welcoming environment upon arrival.
  • Provide detailed information about amenities and services offered by the establishment.
  • Handle guest inquiries and accommodate requests efficiently and courteously.
  • Assume responsibility for managing check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Facilitate communication between guests and departments for seamless service delivery.
  • Manage and resolve guest complaints, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of services, promotions, and events offered by the venue.
  • Build and maintain relationships with guests to encourage repeat business.
  • Assist in coordinating guest activities and special arrangements as required.
  • Record guest feedback and report it to management for service improvement.
  • Ensure lobby and guest areas are clean, orderly, and appealing at all times.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members for effective operation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with hotel management systems.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
